About the Founder
Hi, I am Danielle Volski, working as a quality consultant since 2008.
It’s my second career.
I have lost cause in the first one.
Learned B.A. in math and computer science and have worked 8 years in the Hi-Tech industry as programmer and QA team leader.
Somewhere in the road, I could not find any meaning in my work.
So, I have changed career.
Still took me years to realize that I have to pour cause into my actions.
I must find my motivation -and realize what is my contribution to the world.
In the meantime, during 2008 I took a quality managers course by ASQ (the American Society of Quality) and became a certified quality manager.
In my first years I was frustrated again.
I did not understand ISO 9001 purpose, regardless of achieving certification to my customers.
Then I began reading the standard word by word - asking myself - why did they have this specific requirement?
Then I asked the same question about any other task - about audits, about procedures - WHY? Why do they needed? What is the value?
Until I got it.
I have understood that WHY am I doing this job.
In the past 15 years I have been helping companies with ISO accreditation, with writing their procedures, conducting audits, and reducing the frustration and money loss over low performing processes.
So, why am I doing it?
Because my mission in the world is to make people smile when they go to work, because they know that they work matter - they know they can change things that don't work.
This is quality for me - give the people power to make things better.
